This is a roof-top terrace for all tenants to enjoy. It includes WiFi, wet bar, refrigerator, gas grill, half bathroom, tables and chairs
and a clothes hanging area.
The quiet location is great. It is very close to the market for seafood, fresh
fruits and vegetables. It is 14 blocks to the Camarones beach. Bus
transportation is handy to downtown or from the Libramiento to the Hotel Zone
and north. It is also just beside the back of the cemetery. The liquor store El
Coyul is just a couple of blocks away. There are lots of shops and small
restaurants nearby - all in walking distance.

The building has three washing machines located in different areas.
All common areas (roof-top terrace, stairwells and outside sidewalks are lighted
by sensors and night lighting).
