The 2nd floor is the main living area. There are two bedrooms on the south
end of the floor. One is a master suite with a king bed – Large ensuite bath and
sitting area. The other is a romantic atrium room with queen canopy bed and ensuite
bath. The main living room and kitchen are also on this floor as well as the pool,
hot tub and palapa.
Beachfront living is what this villa is about. Included in your rental are access to common area Beach Club with Gym and Pool at the Sierra Del Mar Beach Club. Villa Kismet has Smart TVs, phone and WiFi internet.

Have a larger group – We can help you – Villa Kismet, Villa Namaste and Casa Demae II are all just a few feet apart and divided by our lush gardens on the oceanside, but each can be accessed by the walking path in less than a minute. Together we can accommodate up to 38 guests in 19 bedrooms between the three villas. Staffs at each villa work together to assure high level of service and can arrange for group functions. We are happy to host family reunions, small weddings, yoga retreats, spiritual retreats and corporate groups.
