This is a five story economical apartment building with the following distribution. Only #1 and #2 semi-furnished, ground floor and #6 furnished are left available.
They are either basically furnished or semi-furnished.
Apartments 5, 6, 7 and 9 have been basically furnished.
These apartments have a 2 burner gas cook-top, fridge, microwave, table and 4 chairs with basic kitchen dishes and pots and a bed with 2 changes of sheets and towels. They are decorated basically as well. The balconies have 2 plastic chairs.
They all have a ceiling fan and closet. All bathrooms have showers.
The quiet location is great. It is very close to the market for seafood, fresh fruits and vegetables. It is 14 blocks to the Camarones beach. Bus transportation is handy to downtown or from the Libramiento to the Hotel Zone and north. It is also just beside the back of the cemetery. The liquor store El Coyul is just a couple of blocks away. There are lots of shops and small restaurants nearby - all in walking distance.
First floor: Consists of 2 one bedroom apartments (#1 and #2) with kitchen, living room and bathroom.
Second floor: Consists of 2 one bedroom apartments (#3 and #4) with kitchen, living room and bathroom.
Each apartment has its own private balcony. A hallway door provides an option for these two apartments to be combined into one apartment.
Third floor: Consists of 2 one bedroom apartments (#5 and #6) with kitchen, living room and bathroom.
One studio apartment (#7) with kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.
A hallway door provides an option for apartments (#6 and #7) to be combined into one apartment.
Fourth floor: Consists of a studio (#8) with kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.
One bedroom (#9) with kitchen, living room and two bathrooms.
Hallway door provides option to combine apartments (#8 & #9) into one apartment.
Fifth floor: This is a roof-top terrace for all tenants to enjoy. It includes WiFi, television, wet bar, refrigerator, gas grill, half bathroom, tables and chairs and a clothes hanging area.
General Information:
The building has three washing machines located in different areas.
All common areas (roof-top terrace, stairwells and outside sidewalks are lighted by sensors and night lighting).
RATES per month for ONE YEAR CONTRACT.
For minimum rental of 3 MONTHS - add $100 USD/month to the rent of each unit.
