Villa Kismet is in the lovely development of Sierra Del Mar los Arcos. It features 6 Bedrooms, plus bonus room (extra queen Murphy bed) 7.5 Baths, a Private Pool, Hot Tub and an elevator for your convenience. It also has an outdoor palapa that can seat 12 – 14. This stunning architectural estate offers a contemporary design surrounded by the lush jungle setting.

Beachfront living is what this villa is about. Included in your rental are access to common area Beach Club with Gym and Pool at the Sierra Del Mar Beach Club. Villa Kismet has satellite TV, DVD, CD, phone and WiFi internet.

Have a larger group – We can assist – Villa Kismet, Villa Namaste and Casa Demae II are all just a few feet apart and divided by our lush gardens on the oceanside, but each can be accessed via our walking path in less than a minute. Together we can accommodate up to 38 guests in 19 bedrooms between the three villas. Staffs at each villa work together to assure high level of service and can arrange for group functions. We are happy to host family reunions, small weddings, yoga retreats, spiritual retreats and corporate groups.
