Located in the upscale neighborhood of Conchas Chinas, the villa is conveniently located just a few minutes taxi or Uber from the Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta, where there are plenty of restaurants, shops and nightlife to enjoy. The nearby beaches of Playa Conchas Chinas and Playa Los Muertos are perfect for spending the day enjoying the sun and surf.

Villa Jazmin has some of the most incredible views that you will find in the bay...gorgeous sweeping ocean and mountain vistas. The villa boasts unique architecture featuring marble, cantera tiles, stained glass, original art and numerous terraces throughout. The indoor - outdoor design allows guests to truly enjoy the perfect climate that Puerto Vallarta has to offer. You will enjoy watching the whales jumping in the Banderas Bay while relaxing in the expansive outdoor living area which is appreciated by both sun or shade lovers. The incredible infinity pool is highlighted by a dramatic waterfall from the second story balcony while the fountain lions sit regally framing the spectacular views. Enjoy leisurely brunches on the terrace in the mornings and relaxing margaritas while watching the sun set over the ocean in the evenings.

Each of the 4 bedrooms has it’s own personality and are equally desirable, all with king size beds, high quality linens, ocean view balconies, walk in closets and en-suite marble baths with dual sinks. This home is perfect for couples and friends traveling together.

The villa boasts both an indoor cocktail bar and the more casual outdoor “Berto’s Cantina”, both equally enjoyable for day or evening entertaining. Music is enjoyed throughout the villa via a SONOS sound system which you will be able to personalize using your own smart mobile device. While very little TV is watched by most guests, the television room has a large flat screen TV with a wide selection US standard and premium channels. Netflix can be played in the master bedroom as well. Of course there is WIFI throughout the entire villa and outdoor areas. The house features ceiling fans in addition to air conditioning throughout.

Villa Jazmin comes fully staffed with 6 day per week housekeeping to keep the villa in perfect condition and an incredible traditional Mexican cook to go grocery shopping and prepare 2 meals per day (the cost of the groceries is extra). Please note that the cook works an 8 hour shift so both meals must be within this time period. Alternatively she can prepare a meal for guests to heat up, if they prefer to eat after she has left for the day.

In addition to this, we also provide personalized concierge service with every reservation. Our concierge is an expert on the area and is here to help with planning every aspect of your stay. She can help to assist with meal planning, grocery pre-stocking, airport transportation, tours, activities, spa services or any special requests you may have.
