The house has a large air conditioning unit and ceiling fans are in all the rooms.
The outside patio is large with table and 4 chairs and has a gas BBQ. The patio has just been re-tiled.
All furniture just steam cleaned, ready to move in.

The living room is large and the furniture is comfy. There is a flat screen TV and Telmex WiFi is available.

Fully equipped kitchen with large gas 6 burner stove/oven (2 years old), new fridge and microwave and has all other small appliances. It has the dishes, glasses, pots and pans for cooking and entertaining. There is a breakfast bar with 4 stools around the kitchen. Lots of cupboards for everything you could need.

The separate dining room table seats 6 comfortably. There is a large mini-split here that cools the whole house.

The master bedroom has a king bed with brand new pillowtop mattress and lots of built in drawers and closet space.
The guest bedroom has a brand new double pillow top mattress and small closet and a/c.
The bathroom is large with a walk-in shower, a linen closet and cupboards.

Towards the patio, there is another living area with a sofa bed with a full washer and dryer.

This house is located one block from the Rio Cuale. Walking distance to Emiliano Zapata market, bars, restaurants. It is only half a block to the Libramiento and buses going north or south. There is a Kiosko, 2 chicken rotisserie places, liquor store and meat market within half a block on the Libramiento.
You can walk, all on flat ground, by the river to Calle Lazaro Cardenas and to the market. It is about a 15 minute walk to Los Muertos Beach.

ONE YEAR CONTRACT — $20,000 pesos/month, includes water.
Renter pays all other services.
