Beautifully appointed private 3 storey, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhouse, located in the private, quiet, gated community of Puerto Iguana on the waterway overlooking the boats in Marina Vallarta. Only about 15 minutes to downtown Puerto Vallarta, but without the noise. Five minutes from the airport. Marina Vallarta offers numerous fine restaurants, shopping, and services such as fishing charters, sailing and excursions on land and sea. In high season, there is the farmers market on Thursday nights.

This lovely villa is fully furnished and zoned air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. The first level contains a full kitchen with laundry room, living area, and a half bathroom.
