Condo Matt is a comfortable, bright and elegant 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit in impeccable condition. It is an extremely quiet condo. It is just steps to shopping, restaurants and beach. Off street parking space included. Only one flight of easy stairs up from the street. It is just a 7 block walk on a level street to the beach. You live among the locals in Zona Romantica of Puerto Vallarta.

The layout is open and the rooms are spacious. Condo Matt has everything you need for a vacation or winter stay. It is fully air conditioned and has a ceiling fan in each room.

Shopping is made easy living in Condo Matt. There is a daily market (Emiliano Zapata Market) just around the corner where you will find all you need. It has the freshest vegetables, fruits, meat of first quality, spices, tortillas, milk products, etc. The location is in a more quiet area of town but still very close to markets, restaurants and bars.
Eating out is also made easy as there is a great variety of restaurants and bars in the area. All are delicious! There is something for every purse from sophisticated to tacos stand. Be curious and try it all out. They are all within walking distance.

Bedroom #2 has a writing table. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathroom. Condo Matt sleeps 4.
Maid service available for $400 pesos each time.

Outside: Roof Deck for sunning, hanging laundry, having a quiet drink.
