Vallarta Bookings presents Condo Sunshine a vacation rental condo in downtown Puerto Vallarta. This is a lovely Mexican style one bedroom condo in the heart of Puerto Vallarta. Condo Sunshine has an open floor-plan, comfortable large open terrace and a wonderful big view of the city and ocean. It is very close to half a dozen great restaurants and a dozens of art galleries in downtown Puerto Vallarta. You are steps from all the fun and action.

Condo Sunshine has a fully equipped kitchen with a full fridge, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender and everything you need for cooking and entertaining. The condo has ceiling fans throughout.
Open dining area seats 4 with a view to the city and ocean. Comfortable seating in the living room with cable TV a flat screen, CD, phone and WiFi internet. There are 2 single beds for possibly 2 extra persons in the living room.

The bedroom has a queen bed, is air conditionied, has a flat screen TV and a large closet and connecting door to the bathroom. The bathroom has a shower.
Maid comes 3 times per week — Tue, Thur, Sat.
Building has a locked gate. The common heated pool and sundeck are downstairs.
The condo is 3 floors up from the street entry. There are stairs to the building on the hill and stairs up to the apartment (no elevator), so this may be problematic for visitors with mobility issues.

Condo Sunshine offers a true rustic Mexican experience. It has the original hand made tiles, beamed high ceilings and is in the traditional, wide open Vallarta style which has become rare now. This condo is in an actual local neighborhood where you experience the local flavor and are part of the local scene. Yet you are just steps away from everything in downtown Puerto Vallarta.
