The condo is over 2100 sq ft and offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a large open concept living room/dining room and kitchen. It has zone air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. The entire front wall of the condo consists of sliding glass doors which open fully to the large terrace which provides the most amazing panoramic views over the bay and city. The terrace has a new Webber gas BBQ and a dining table to seat 6.

Italian fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, breakfast bar to seat 4, top of the line large fridge, stove/oven, wine cooler and dishwasher. There is also a closet with washer/dryer just off the kitchen. The condo has a large separate living/seating area and another area for watching TV.
Off the front balcony is a huge master suite with king bed, TV and desk, walk-in closet and ensuite with double sinks, a bidet and a jacuzzi tub.
The guest bedroom also has a king bed, large closet and the bedroom opens onto the main bathroom with walk-in shower.
The condo has beautiful furnishings throughout, marble floors and is fitted with everything you will need for a perfect stay, including all bed linens, bath and beach towels.

Horizon boasts three infinity pools on the grounds; two smaller ones which are heated in winter and a huge, magnificent semi-circular pool with views over the bay and Romantic Zone. There are numerous sun loungers and daybeds for you to enjoy the sunshine and a large and spacious lounge area with sofas and tables set around an indoor water garden. There is an elevator and it is wheelchair accessible. Also, the building has a fairly new gym above the garage in the south tower.

Horizon has 24-hour security and a staffed front desk, all of whom speak English and are able to provide help and guidance when required or who will simply call you a cab if needed.

The property is located on the edge of the town alongside lush jungle and therefore it is lovely and quiet at night. However, it is just a 15-minute walk to local beaches or a 5-minute cab ride to the center of the Old Town/Romantic Zone where you will find ample bars, restaurants, shops and nightlife. The famous Los Muertos Beach, Blue Chairs etc is just 15 minutes’ walk away as is the Malecon and the Mercado.
