Walking distance to downtown Puerto Vallarta, shopping, grocery store, bars and restaurants. Only one block south to Los Mangos Beach Club. Two blocks north to the popular Barracuda Restaurant and Solar bar. Ley's grocery store is one block east.
Only 4 apartments in the building. Large fenced patio with side door to beach.

Full kitchen, dining area, living room with futon for extra person, balcony, Second bath off dining area. Laundry/storage room with washer and lines for drying.
Bedroom with queen bed, a/c, big closets, opening unto balcony and a large ensuite bathroom.

All the suites have Ocean view on a beautiful beach called Playa de Camarones. Very spacious suites, Mexican flare, clean and cozy. Super friendly quiet area in Cinco de Diciembre, close to groceries and restaurants.

3. We are repeat renters and highly recommend Casa Olas del Mar The property is well maintained and all units have sliding glass doors and a bay view from each room. The ocean breeze maintains a comfortable indoor temperature and the sunsets and beach scene are a delight.
The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped and the hanging laundry set-up dries clothes fairly quickly. The twice weekly house- keeping service is sufficient and both housekeepers are considerate and professional. The owners are attentive to renter’s concerns.
