Jan 6/24, Feb 22 – 29,Casa Nautilus is just 15 minutes south of Puerto Vallarta at Mismaloya. It is near the site where Night of the Iguana was filmed in the cute town of Mislmaloya. Casa Nautilus is a luxurious Mexican style house. Situated directly facing the ocean, the house features stunning views of Los Arcos and the Bay of Banderas. The terraces wrap the ocean side of the home to unfold this amazing view. The staff take care of everything from meals to bedding to helping you plan your day.

Ocean breezes flow through the open architecture of the living area. Traditional Mexican and imported furnishings tastefully decorate Casa Nautilus. The architecture is traditional Mexican with its whitewashed walls and domed staircase.

Casa Nautillus is 4572 sq ft indoors and 3320 sq ft of terrace and pool and 2 parking spaces. It has 5 bedrooms, 5 full baths and a half bath.
Designed and constructed in 1997, Casa Nautilus features wrought ironwork, stained glass windows, and hand-painted tiles. Each room is tastefully decorated with beautiful furniture and handicrafts imported from throughout Mexico.

Casa Nautilus has an extensive water filtration system to further improve the water.​
There is a washer and dryer set available for your use. The staff will perform basic maid service on the rooms every day. Towels, sheets, and soap are provided for you.

The house has a 35 inch TV with a CD, DVD, and VCR players. The CD player is a small portable unit.
Each bedroom of Casa Nautilus is air conditioned. The other areas are not air conditioned, but are usually kept cool by the ocean breeze and ceiling fans.
The view is amazing as you look out onto the ocean, each room is unique and charming and the staff take care of everything from meals to bedding to helping you plan your day. The pool is a great way to cool off and you will love how you can just sit at the edge and watch the gorgeous sunsets every night. It’s a short ride down the main road into the town of Mismaloya. Also, it is about 20 minutes into Puerto Vallarta by bus or taxi.

The villa comes with a butler, housekeeper daily and gourmet chef for 2 meals per day.
You are responsible for the cost of the food, drinks, and tipping of the staff. The Chef he will do all the shopping for you then provide you with receipts to reimburse. This will need to be booked prior to arrival and can be added to your reservation.
